Commissioner of Income Tax v. TVS Berg Ltd. (Supreme Court):
Acted for TVS Berg Ltd. in proceedings before the Supreme Court relating to tax exemptions in the execution of a design and engineering services agreement between an Indian company and a US (Delaware) corporation.
Videocon Telecommunications Limited v. Union of India:
Acted for the Department of Telecom (led by Ritin Rai SC) in proceedings before the TDSAT relating to telecom license conditions, roll-out obligations, and the redemption/renewal of performance bank guarantees under license conditions.
Cellular Operators Association of India & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors.:
Acted for the Department of Telecom (led by Ritin Rai SC) in proceedings before the TDSAT relating to amended telecom license conditions regarding the reporting of base-station electromagnetic emissions.
Enforcement Directorate v. (X):
Acted for the defendant (X), a public charitable trust, in proceedings before the enforcement directorate relating to foreign exchange management regulations and the setting up of educational institutions in the MENA region.
