Anurima Sood

Anurima has experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Among others, she has advised and represented clients in domestic arbitration matters and related court proceedings before the relevant jurisdictional courts in New Delhi, including the Supreme Court.
Anurima has specific experience in infrastructure and intellectual property disputes. Previously, Anurima worked at the disputes practice of a law firm and at the offices of a Senior Advocate in New Delhi.

X (India) v. Y (India): Assisted an Indian infrastructure company in arbitration proceedings (ad-hoc, seated in New Delhi) and related litigation involving claims relating to an EPC contract for an infrastructure project against an Indian government-owned entity.
Daiichi Sankyo Company Limited v. Malvinder Mohan Singh And Ors.: Assisted the reconstituted board of Religare Enterprises Ltd. in High Court proceedings (Delhi High Court) relating to the alleged siphoning of funds by its former directors and promoters.
Living Media India Ltd. (Aaj Tak) v. Jay Jayeshbhai Tank & Ors.: Assisted one of several respondents (Mohalla Tech Pvt. Ltd.) in High Court proceedings (Delhi High Court) against a leading news broadcaster concerning trademark infringement and intermediary liability.
