Advised a state-owned entity of a South Asian state on sovereign immunities in the context of potential global enforcement proceedings.
Advised a sovereign state on the potential recognition of a particular territory under international law in the context of establishing international relations.
Advised a European business conglomerate on the international legal framework for the enforcement of indigenous rights in the context of business and human rights.
